Further developments to the woofer twin roll edge for 2010 include a shallow edge to the cone offering excellent, smooth linear cone excursion for enhanced bass response and reduced distortion. The crossover has been tweaked at the high end to reduce the harshness usually associated with speakers in this class. Larger magnets combined with JVC's unique Mica Aramid Fibre + Carbon Composite Olefin cones help further with bass reproduction.
